An Amazing Day 2
Intrigued Experience 2023 was held at The Tidewater Inn in Easton, Maryland on November 13-15, 2023. If you missed the wrap up of Day 1, start HERE and then come back to read all about day 2. Day 2 was filled with hands-on floral workshops, presentations by some of our favorite friends, and the fancy gala in the evening.
Team Building & Shipping Secrets
After Sarah gave her morning greeting to all the attendees, she introduced our friend and educator, Bron Hansboro, also known as, The Flower Guy Bron. Bron spoke about the importance of team building and supporting your employees. Then, the guys from Jetfresh, Jimi and Fern, revealed all their secrets about wholesale shipping of flowers. After the presentations, attendees divided into their groups and sent to their very first workshop.
Morning Workshops
The amazing thing about Intrigued Experience is that EVERY attendee gets to attend EVERY workshop...and get their hands on flowers at almost every workshop. The first workshop was with our friends from Florida, Aniska Creations. Ana and Anais led their group in creating beautiful lemon topiaries.
Attendees moved onto creating some floral jewelry with our educator, Amy McCord Jones. You will see these creations again at our gala this evening, so keep reading!
Basking in the Sun for Lunch
Our attendees our treated to luxury from start to finish of the Intrigued Experience Conference. Day 2's lunch took place indoors, but attendees felt like they were lunching outside under beautiful umbrellas. The gorgeous place settings were topped off with custom stationery by Dogwood Blossom Stationery. Oh, and those linens from Nuage are just gorgeous!
Afternoon Workshop
Our afternoon workshop on day 2 were all in preparation for the big gala event that evening. Attendees worked with our dear friends, Henck and Yan from The Big Flower Fight on Netflix to make large installations for the gala.
A Very Happy Evening Gala
After the day of workshops, attendees were given a few hours to relax, explore and get ready for the evening gala. This event is one of the highlights of Intrigued Experience and this year's event was no different. The floral designs that attendees created during the day were used at the gala.
