FIFTY FLOWERS PARTNER PROGRAM AGREEMENT 

By purchasing this item FIFTY FLOWERS is agreeing that you have reviewed this document and agree to the terms therein. By accepting payment Intrigue is agreeing that I have reviewed this document and agree to the terms therein.

This document serves as a promotional partnership agreement between Intrigue Teaches and Fifty Flowers. 

Intrigue Teaches will implement a custom partner package as outlined below and as agreed upon by both parties in exchange for compensation of $5,000.  

 

Instagram Posts (3) - $1,500 
Showcase your product on @intrigue_designs account to reach over
140,000 targeted followers.  Sarah Campbell to create content with flowers provided by Fifty Flowers.
Instagram Stories (8-12) - $1,500
Showcase your product on @intrigue_designs account to reach over
140,000 targeted followers.  Sarah Campbell to create content with flowers provided by Fifty Flowers.
Instagram/Facebook LIVE (2) - $2,400
Broadcast LIVE to on both Instagram and Facebook showcasing the product being used and displayed by Sarah Campbell. (LIVES will be scheduled in conjunction with the flower shipments)
Email Blast (1) - $1,800 
Set of two email blasts promoting your product or service to our curated group of over 10,000 Florists, Designers and Decorators. 

TOTAL VALUE: $7,200 ($2,200 waived by INTRIGUE as ADDED VALUE)
Fifty Flowers TOTAL: $5,000

(Does not include travel, product or professional grade photo/video expenses)

*Additional promotions over and above outlined deliverables are at the sole discretion of Intrigue. Fifty Flowers will be billed for any requests that are over and above the outlined deliverables.

 Projected Social (Instagram/Facebook/Stories/Email) Plan: Our focus will start by educating the audience on the ordering process followed by excitement about flowers built for May Day with teases of Mother's Day followed by Mother's Day promotion. I have added the "SAVE THE GROWERS" campaign into my posting as this will connect with my professional/wholesale audience will and build long term connection between Intrigue & Fifty Flowers. *This outline is a guideline only. Content and dates are subject to change at Sarah Campbell's Discretion. The only guaranteed deliverables are the items listed in the agreement above.

4/25 -  Post Starting buzz about online ordering / Multi Part Story showcasing blooms w/SWIPE UP

4/25 - Facebook BLAST to multiple accounts

4/25 -  Instagram LIVE showcasing product being designed / Multi Part Story featuring Liza's "SAVE THE GROWERS" campaign

4/26 - Facebook Private Group featuring Liza's "SAVE THE GROWERS" campaign with Mother's Day teaser

4/26 - Instagram LIVE showcasing product being designed in a different way / 4 Part Story showcasing simplified ordering w/SWIPE UP

4/26 - E-Mail - Save The Growers campaign with May Day Link

4/26 - Instagram - Announce May Day Challenge

4/27 - Instagram & FB (4 part mini tutorials) *This date may change pending analytics

4/27 - Instragram/FB/Stories Reminder to place order for May Day Challenge

4/27 - Email Blast *This may get moved to 4/26

4/28 - Instagram/FB excitement about boxes shipping out for May Day Challenge 

4/28 - Instagram LIVE with "Liza" under @fiftyflowers account (5pm EST)

4/28 - Instagram Casual Chatter Mothers's Day Sales 

4/29 - Instagram Excitement post preparing for May Day Design Challenge on 4/30 (begin buzzing Mothers Day)

4/30 - Instagram  LIVE May Day Design using Fifty Flowers (buzzing Mothers Day Challenge)

5/1 - Instagram/FB/Stories May Day - Share Fifty Flowers box designs created by others on Instagram Stories (buzz mothers day Challenge)

5/2 - Email - Push for Last day to place mothers day orders on 5/4 for Challenge on Instagram and Stories (double check this is the last day)

5/4 - Instagram - Push for Last day to place mothers day orders on 5/4 

5/7 - LIVE Mothers Day Design Challenge (tentative 5pm EST)
