During the last couple of years, she has started mentoring young designers who are looking to expand their experience and exposure in the industry. Serving as a Leader with Intrigue Teaches for the state of Florida has given her an opportunity to network with Floral Designers all over the state, further encouraging support within an amazing group of creatives. She is a strong advocate for creating a strong sense of community within the event industry, placing more importance on creating meaningful relationships with vendors who many would consider competition. In July of 2018, she joined the Rising Tide’s Miami Chapter of Tuesdays Together as their Event Planning and Design Chair.
When she’s not creating magic in her workshop, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and three children. Traveling, antiquing, good food and living life to the fullest takes up all her free time.

Biography:
Myrna Taylor is the Lead Designer and Event Manager of Taylor Event Design, LLC. As a Certified Wedding Planner and Floral Designer, she merges the best of both worlds when creating events for her clients. With over 21 years of experience in the event industry, she has developed an almost instinctive understanding of what each client visualizes and works tirelessly to bring that vision to life.During the last couple of years, she has started mentoring young designers who are looking to expand their experience and exposure in the industry.
