The Hawaiin Floral Adventure has been curated for experienced designers within the Intrigue Community who need more than a workshop or traditional class. This is the first adventure of its kind and I am excited to share this experience with you. This is for those of us within the Intrigue community who need a recharge and a refresh, for designers who need a new outlook on their creative career in the wedding industry. As florists the luxury wedding world, it is easy to get overwhelmed and even fall out of love with our craft. I have experienced this myself and have found immersing myself in an environment that nurtures the creative soul rekindles my love for wedding design and recharges my ambitious spirit.
Join me and your fellow designers for this Hawaiian “Intrigue Style” adventure that was created out of my personal love for travel and exploration. Adventure inspires my creativity and I want to share that with you.
Imagine sitting poolside with a drink in hand (mocktail or cocktail) and having discussions about marketing, design, weddings, and business methods with your fellow floral designers. These are the people who understand your challenges, your successes, and your dreams. There is something therapeutic about being in a beautiful place surrounded by peers who are able to offer invaluable insights and support.
Our home for this 5-day/4-Night adventure offers beautiful ocean views and floral inspiration infused into the experience. Each day will begin with a bit of flower-focused business inspiration in the form of a group gathering. This allows us to get to know one another and create open discussion. Our group gathering will be followed by lunch with time to explore, relax at the spa or take an adventure. As the sun begins to set, we will gather again to enjoy dinner with our new flower friends. This is not a workshop or conference. This is designers connecting in an environment that inspires.
My goal is for you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Hawaii, recharging your creative soul within a luxuriously curated environment designed with the floral designer in mind. Following this gathering, my expectation is that you'll return to your business with a revitalized sense of direction and a contagious excitement for the growth awaiting you in 2024.

February 1, 2024
Welcome Dinner - 6pm
Gather with your flower friends to enjoy the Hawaiian sunset. Partake in a floral-infused “Intrigue style” dinner. Together, we will dine, laugh and begin our adventure with great food, great drinks and great (new) friends.
February 2, 2024
Relax, Recharge, and Explore
During our first full day together, we'll embrace relaxation and explore the picturesque surroundings, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Choose to sleep in or rise early to catch the sunrise! We will gather for a creative design activity and insightful business conversations, with a focus on delving into marketing and sales strategies. Our discussions will be followed by a picture perfect luncheon. Following the luncheon, you'll have plenty of time to relax, unwind and explore the surroundings with your newfound flower friends until the early evening. We'll then gather once more to soak in the sunset and relish a delectable dinner, thoughtfully crafted with our flower-loving hearts in mind.

Small Group Adventures
You choose the adventure: Surfing, Botanical Garden or North Shore Tour.
Every great adventure needs inspiring activities and this day is focused on just that. These adventures are tailored to you and you may choose the adventure that speaks to your soul.
SURFING: No experience is required during this beginner surf session in the beautiful waters of Waikiki. This activity is selected to push you to experience something new and inspire you to push your business in new directions.
BOTANICAL GARDEN: Spend the morning exploring the beautiful Botanical Gardens. This activity is designed to allow you to see nature’s flora in abundance and inspire your future designs and floral pairings).
NORTH SHORE TOUR: Take your adventure to the North Shore and explore local beaches, shopping, food trucks, and the beautiful Shark Cove. This activity is designed to give you a look at the local island life and experience the less traveled side of Hawaii giving you fresh eyes on a new environment and unlocking inspiration.
Lunch will be included with each adventure. Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to return to your room, rest, and recharge before joining us again for dinner. During the evening gathering, we'll reflect on the day's adventure, discussing how this enriching experience can elevate you as a leader, a designer, and a valued member of our community.
February 4, 2024
Group Adventure
This day is dedicated to coming together and fostering connections in our stunning environment. We'll gather for enlightening discussions by beautiful beach cabanas, creating a space for shared experiences and meaningful bonding. This gathering is designed to give us all a look at our environment from a different perspective. During this activity, we will discuss the power of perspective and how this can change our view and direction of our business. This is a great day to soak in the sun and enjoy one another’s company. Lunch will be served beachside and time will be available to rest and relax before we gather for our formal dinner. For dinner this evening, dress your best and expect a few surprises to close out this impactful inaugural adventure.

A Day in Full Bloom
Once our minds and hearts are fully inspired by the previous day's adventures it is time to set some goals. Our final day starts with a sunrise photo session to capture your essence in the beauty and inspiration of this adventure followed by a beautiful fruit-filled breakfast and goal planning session. My personal goal is for you to fully embrace this time, allowing it to fuel your next creative steps. As designers, our hard work is usually the top priority, and enriching experiences like these are essential for our ongoing success.
