This rare and intimate workshop getaway will include workshops & classes, supplies, flowers, professional photography, styled meals AND accommodations...plus some special surprises along the way!

Our mornings will be curated to enhance our floral and business skills with classes and workshops, while our afternoons will be reserved to enjoy our surroundings and recharge our creative hearts! This experience is a combination of workshop and retreat, allowing us to care for our minds, our bodies and our businesses. This pairing will allow you to return to your business recharged and ready to build a stronger and more profitable future. Our goal is that each attendee leaves the retreat empowered to grow financially, creatively and personally as you return to your business!

Each suite includes a queen size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Tickets to this event are sold per suite. You may choose to travel alone or bring a guest at no extra charge. Your guest has access to all of the styled meals and amenities that you have.

Are you ready for an Intrigue style welcome?

Join Sarah & the Intrigue Team in our spectacular tropical villa. Sarah will welcome you as her personal guest with a few "luxurious" treats to make your time in the villa truly unforgettable.

After getting a fabulous tour of our beach oasis, you will have the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate before the first of our gatherings.

Spend time exploring the villa, take a relaxing walk on the beach, or pop out to town to admire the local scenery and rejuvenate before the evening's festivities!

Let's enjoy an evening of food, drink and joy as we gather in true tropical style! Soak up your surroundings and the laughter of flower friends. This is a relaxed evening, designed to unwind poolside and connect with each other under the Costa Rican stars! Expect great food, great drinks and an "Intrigue Style" dance party.

Each morning, we will get swept away in abundance of blooms. Flowers will flood our environment as we work through business goals, strategies and planning. Surrounded by warm sunlight and inspired passion, this design time, with a business focus lens, will be truly magical!

The lavish designs we create will be a part of our dazzling evening dinner presentation where we will set goals of focus for the following days.

After an incredible morning of refreshing, inspiring hands-on floral design, a poolside lunch is just what we'll need! We will play with the local spices for a bit of excitement and surprise your senses with some playful entertainment.

CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

The purpose of the retreat is to relax, grow and enjoy the environment alongside your flower friends. You will have the opportunity to choose the adventure that best suits you! Ranging from shopping and relaxing, to beach escapes and jungle tours, your Costa Rican dreams await you.

FORMAL DINNER

Bask in the glorious aura, decadent designs & lavish details of your morning designs brought to life in the dinner spread. Take your seat at a table set for tropical royalty alongside your flower friends, and enjoy a multiple course dinner designed to enhance the evening experience.

Attire is up to you. Anything from ballgowns and black-tie to cocktail dresses and jeans are welcome! This is your time and what you wear is up to you.
(FYI: I will be in a cocktail dress.)

The days activities may be done, but there is still plenty of fun to be had.

BLOOMING BEGINS

Now, it's FLOWER TIME…

During this morning session, we will build on the skills and techniques from the previous day, with even more blooms to play with. This time will also be key in tuning the business goals established yesterday. As we work together to build a large scale group design, we will map out our step-by-step action plans to achieve the business, financial and media goals we've set out.

This is POWERFUL stuff.

BEACH LUNCH & LOUNGE

After an incredible morning of refreshing, inspiring hands-on floral fun and groundbreaking business growth, we will grab our to-go lunches and make our way to the beach for an afternoon of lounging, laughing, and floating in the crystal blue waters.

Stay as long as you'd like, or make your way back up to the villa for a afternoon amongst the towering tropical Costa Rican flora. The afternoon is yours! Do what makes you the happiest.

SUNSET COCKTAIL GATHERING

Return to the villa veranda at your leisure. We'll have a lovely little (spiked) beverage and a tasty treat waiting for you!

6:30PM – 7:30PM
OCEANSIDE FEAST  

Can you hear that? The dinner bell is ringing! It's time to take your seat at tonight's table set for tropical royalty! You and your flowers friends are in for a treat, with a multiple course dinner designed to enhance the evening experience.

Attire is up to you. Anything from ballgowns and black-tie to cocktail dresses and jeans are welcome! This is your time and what you wear is up to you. (FYI: I will be in a cocktail dress.)

DAY 4

8:00PM – 10:00PM
FAREWELL BREAKFAST

We will gather for a final farewell over a seated breakfast, complete with local coffee. While we relish in our view of the magnificent turquoise ocean, we will reflect on our time together and set goals for a successful, luxurious future. With a focus on the luxury wedding industry, our goal is to see each attendee grow their luxury wedding business by a minimum of $20,000 in 2020. This retreat is a time to both relax and reset, as your take on your most profitable wedding season to date!
