Call it karma, fate, good juju or whatever you want. We just know it’s a magical thing when it happens! A chance encounter at a styled shoot over 15 years ago has led to a friendor (friend + vendor) partnership that was simply meant to be.

Hello! We’re Cady Vance and Jennifer Gilman, the co-founders of Flourish&Co. Together, we have almost 40 years (not that we look at it :) experience in the floral, photography and décor rentals within the wedding and special event industry.

As we grew our own wedding companies, we had many business besties and mentors along the way that were an instrumental part of our success, we started Flourish&Co because we wanted to pay forward all the life-saving knowledge that propelled our growth. There is so much to be said about “working smarter, not harder.”

Flourish&Co offers full and atrial consulting for established weeding and event pros that are wanting to become more profitable, productive and take their brand to the next level. We’re all about trel, measurable, sustainable growth…vanity metrics feel good, but you can’t take those to the bank!
