This is not a styled shoot. It is something far more valuable.

We have had dozens, maybe even hundreds of photographers and videographers reach out wanting to be part of Intrigue's international retreats.

Last year, we welcomed six photographers to join us in Ireland as a trial. It was a resounding success, but it also inspired us to rethink how photographers and filmmakers could be part of the Intrigue experience. Rather than being separated from the planners and florists, what if we brought all 3 tracks together.

This year, we're opening the door in a completely different way and again doing a trial with just 6 Photo/Video Professionals.

Introducing Shoot & Share, an intimate photography and videography track created for artists who want to build genuine relationships with ambitious wedding florists and planners while experiencing The Netherlands in true Intrigue fashion: surrounded by extraordinary flowers, beautiful spaces and luxury experiences.

Instead of creating a traditional styled shoot, we're creating an environment where photographers, videographers, planners and florists can fully experience the retreat together.

Shoot & Share photographers and videographers aren't being brought in as vendors standing on the sidelines. You are not given a list of tasks to complete. You are a guest and welcomed into this beautifully curated world.

From the moment we meet in Amsterdam on November 2 through our return on November 4, transportation, accommodations, meals, tours, experiences and celebrations are included. You arrive at our Amsterdam meeting location, and Intrigue takes care of the rest.

Over three immersive days, you'll experience and have the opportunity to capture:

The Dutch countryside as we travel through charming villages, historic architecture and flower-filled landscapes.
Dutch flower farms, where you'll experience the Netherlands' flower-growing region firsthand.
A luxury European estate, our home and creative playground for the retreat.
Thousands of European-grown blooms as our florists create centerpieces, bouquets and large-scale floral installations.
A candlelit welcome dinner surrounded by flowers, cuisine and new friends.
A luxury floral gala, where the designs created throughout the retreat become the setting for an unforgettable evening.

Throughout the experience, Shoot & Share attendees are encouraged to photograph and film for their own portfolios.

No required shot lists.

Shoot what inspires you. Tell the story through your own creative lens. Build a gallery that reflects not only the artist you are today, but the artist you want to become.

You'll have access to the same three-day retreat experience as our florist and planner attendees, including:

There are no professional models scheduled for this retreat.

This isn't about photographing a manufactured wedding scene and leaving with the same style images you create at every wedding.

If you're looking for a traditional styled-shoot experience with epic designs, professional models and intentionally created portfolio moments captured in groups, you'll find that through Styled Shoots Across America who we are on tour with again from January to April 2027 creating EPIC styled shoots at some of the US’s most beautiful venues.

THE SHOOT & SHARE AGREEMENT

The standard investment for Intrigue Goes to The Netherlands is $7,500.

The investment for the Shoot & Share Photography + Videography Track is $3,500 (a $4,000 reduction from the full retreat price of $7,500).

In exchange for this special creator rate, Shoot & Share attendees agree to share their completed gallery with the Intrigue team and retreat participants within 14 days following the retreat.

All retreat participants will receive access to the shared gallery and permission to share the imagery in the collaborative spirit of a traditional styled shoot, with appropriate photographer/videographer credit.

Participation in the Shoot & Share track requires acceptance of the Shoot & Share gallery-sharing and usage agreement.

**CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments (full, partial & monthly plans) are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other date or event. Payments are transferable only when transferring the ticket name for the same event on the same date/time to another attendee. Once a payment plan has been activated, you are committing to complete all monthly payments without disruption regardless of event attendance. ALL times are subject to change. NO REFUNDS.
