CURATE PARTNER PROGRAM AGREEMENT 

By purchasing this item Curate is agreeing that you have reviewed this document and agree to the terms therein. By accepting payment Intrigue is agreeing that I have reviewed this document and agree to the terms therein.

This document serves as a promotional partnership agreement between Intrigue Teaches and Curate. 

Intrigue Teaches will implement a custom annual Partner package from February 11th 2020 to February 10th 2021 as agreed upon by both parties in exchange for compensation of $24,000

This package includes the following: 

  • Exclusivity in the Software Category
  • Tour Sponsorship for ALL Intrigue LIVE & Virtual Events 
    • Houston , TX (March 2nd & 3rd)
    • San Diego, CA (April 19th & 20th)
    • Alaska Adventure (July 28th & 29th)
    • Baltimore, MD (November 2nd & 3rd)
    • Orlando, FL (November 9th & 10th
    • New Orleans, LA (November 16th & 17th)
    • Annapolis, MD (February 25th & 26th) Business Intensive 
    • Tentative 2nd Business Intensive in 2020 *this is not finalized and not guaranteed
  • QuarterlyWebinars or Instructional Videos
  • Social Media Campaign
  • Scholarship Promotion

Intrigue has requested quarterly payments, in the amount of $6,000 due as follows:

$6,000 Due upon acceptance of agreement followed by $6,000 paid 05/01, 08/01, 11/01

Conditions and Terms:

  • Full refund given back to Curate and contract nullified upon written request of Curate if tracked closes are less than 24 customers by April 1, 2020.
  • Curate understands that Intrigue's reach is beyond tracking and If the above referenced close goals are achieved by April 1, 2020, Curate commits to full annual partnership regardless of tracked sales.
  • Tracked closes must come through curate.co/intrigue and other predetermined tracked sources for the April 1, 2020 close deadline as outlined above.
  • Additional promotions over and above outlined deliverables are at the sole discretion of Intrigue. Curate will be billed for any requests that are over and above the outlined deliverables.
  • Curate will be added to all new Intrigue events LIVE or VIRTUAL at no additional cost. 
  • In the event the contract is nullified all content representing Intrigue or Sarah Campbell becomes the property of Intrigue and Intrigue's name/brand or the likeness of Sarah Campbell can not be used by Curate or it's associates.
  • Intrigue agrees to honor the same price point of $24,000 (regardless of changes in brand visibility) for a similar exclusive partnership in 2021 in the event Curate and Intrigue wish to partner again.

    TENTATIVE IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL 

    Specific dates outlined above will remain flexible unless otherwise noted with periodic check-ins. 

    NEEDED PIECES FROM CURATE FOR IMPLEMENTATION (all updates, details and requests must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance. Delay in providing written instruction and links for promotions may result in a delay of posts and promotions.)

    • New software launch details (with talking points)
    • Talking points for promotions and sales
    • Custom links to requested promotions
    • Access to Software and support associated with Intrigue Teaches Events (LIVE & Virtual)

    • Recommended length 10 min or under
    • Curate can use video assets on their own channels
    • Curate to provide key software talking points 
    • Videos can be broken down for optimal use on social media channels

    SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

    •  21 Instagram posts
    • Interactive stories for each post featuring elements like:
      • Personal Stories and Testimonials
      • FAQs
      • Swipe Up to website
    • 20 “casual” mentions 

    SCHOLARSHIP PROMOTION

    • Intrigue will run a scholarship program for the February 25 & 26 Business Intensive that promotes Curate as the source of the scholarship. No additional funds will be required for this promotion.
