We are thrilled to share an exclusive volunteer opportunity for Intrigue Insiders to participate in a one-of-a-kind hands-on floral design project. This experience will take place at the stunning Bella Collina in Orlando, Florida, from January 26th through January 28th, 2024. Bella Collina, with its European-inspired architecture and breathtaking views, offers a dream setting for creative floral designs. This is your chance to be part of an extraordinary design team, build your portfolio, and work closely with fellow floral enthusiasts.

Here’s how it works:

• Lead Designer Role: We will select two lead designers who will work directly with me to create the design plan, write recipes, and lead a team of 5-7 designers. This role requires a significant commitment of 40-60 hours over the next 45 days to prepare for the event. Lead designers must be proficient in using floral software (no exceptions) and will be credited as the lead for their assigned design space.
• Support Designer Role: We will also select 5-7 supporting designers for each team. These designers will assist with executing the lead designer's vision and contribute to creating stunning installations. All team members must bring their dedication and treat this project as if it were their own event.

This is a volunteer opportunity. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and meals. Flowers, décor, and professional photo and video documentation will be provided, ensuring your efforts are beautifully showcased.

This exclusive opportunity is available only to Intrigue Insiders and will not be open to the public. Applications will open within 24 hours, and offers will be extended no later than Friday, December 13th.

Schedule:

• • • Sunday - arrive by 6PM EST for team dinner and meeting
    • Monday 8am - 6pm - Design Day (Pizza lunch will be provided)
    • Tuesday 6am - 8am - Design fluff and bouquet work. Rest of Tuesday is open for adventure or if you choose a visit to the parks. You will be on your own.
    • Wednesday 6am - 8am - Design Fluff and Bouquet Work.
    • Wednesday 5pm - 7pm - Strike

*** Support designers are only required on the 26 & 27.

*** Lead designers are required to stay all the way through strike on the 28th.

*** Lead designers will also be working with me one on one to prepare for the design and can expect to put in an addition 20hrs prior to arriving
