How to become an insider
Not everyone is an insider. And that's by design.
The strength of this community comes from the commitment of people inside it. Our members invest in one another, celebrate each other's wins, and challenge one another to continually elevate their businesses and themselves. This intimate gathering of luxury-focused floral designers creates a culture of support and success.
That is why entry into Intrigue Insiders is by invitation only. In order to join, you will need a referral from a current member, or a completed application that is reviewed by Intrigue’s internal team, before an invitation is extended.

How do I know if I'm ready for Intrigue Insiders?
If you're committed to building a luxury or luxury-aspiring floral business, willing to invest in your growth, and excited to learn alongside other driven florists, you're likely a great fit. We review every application individually to ensure the community remains supportive, engaged, and aligned.
Do I have to already be a luxury florist to apply?
No. We're looking for florists who are intentionally building toward the luxury market. You don't have to have it all figured out, you just have to be committed to getting there.
Why is there an application process?
Because the strength of Intrigue Insiders comes from the people inside it. We ask for a high level of commitment for every member. We want every Insider to feel supported, challenged, and surrounded by florists who are equally committed to growing their businesses.
Why do we limit membership?
We believe the value of Intrigue Insiders comes from the quality of the conversations, not the quantity of members. By intentionally keeping the community small, Sarah can remain actively involved, members can build meaningful relationships, and every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
What makes Intrigue Insiders different from a workshop or course?
Workshops teach a topic. Intrigue Insiders is designed to support your business over time. Through mentorship, strategic planning, accountability, and community, you'll have ongoing guidance as your business evolves.
What happens after I'm accepted?
Once you're accepted, we'll help you hit the ground running. You'll receive your invitation to enroll, immediate access to the Insiders Vault, and your annual Insider calendar so you can plan for every strategy session, event, and milestone throughout the year. You'll also join Sarah for a welcome Zoom before connecting with the rest of the Insider community.
